Kar'eldanor
An epic adventure spanning three continents following Demitor and Zed as they try to right an ancient wrong.
My name is Steve Lauritson. My laptop containing the backup of the manuscript for the story has been STOLEN. However I have all the original notes, files and other information that was not on the laptop, to prove that the work is mine.
As of 01/07/2009 I have 'retired' at the grand old age of 50 so that I can devote all my time to my writing. One of the reasons that The Citadel took so long to complete was that my normal job took up 14 hours of the day, 6 days a week. The idea for the saga was formed between 1995 and 1997. The majority of the writing took place in 2003 with the final draft completed this year. Book two exists completely in note form and the first draft is in progress. Books three and four exist as a general outline.

Update 17/06/09 - Book 1 The Citadel has now been completed at 110 000 words. It has been submitted for consideration. I will post any developments as they occur.
Update 26/05/10 - Having had the luxury of almost a year to reflect on Kar'eldanor I became aware of a 'weak' area that affected the whole story line over all four books. As a result I began a re-write in March which is now almost complete. This has resulted in Book 1 The Citadel increasing in length to over 120 000 words but with the advantage now of a very strong story line throughout the series.
